Like many Macintosh programs, Ready,Set,Go! provides you with palettes that you use in completing various tasks. Palettes are like windows in that you can close them and later show them, and you can drag them around the screen. Palettes, though, are always displayed in front of all document windows.
The Tools palette contains the tools you use to create and work with the objects on the pages in your document menu. The Pages palette displays icons representing each page in your current active document. If your document has more pages than will fit in the Pages palette, you can scroll to see the page icon you want. |

The Colors palette lets you apply a color and a tint to a line, a frame, an interior fill, or a selection of text. You can also use it to add a new color to your document, or to delete or modify an existing color.
The Typography palette lets you modify the font, style, feature set, size, leading, alignment, tracking and horizontal scaling of an insertion point or a range of text. With the Styles palette you can quickly apply a stylesheet to a selection range of text. The Specifications palette lets you examine and modify block properties such as position, size, and angle. |
